They can squeeze the lemons and watch the juice flow out into the water. They can smell the glorious fresh smell they produce and taste the sour, sharp and refreshing taste that lemons give! Not to mention the wonderful vibrant colour.

Sand play also helps to strengthen children's fine motor skills by using tools to fill and empty containers, as well as giving them a chance to do some fantastic mark making. Anything can be added to the sand - cars, diggers, colanders....the list is endless!!

Did you know exploring mud, dirt, natural materials and getting messy in the outdoors can stimulate a wide scope of the curriculum and learning for all to enjoy? Playing in mud inspires children to feel a connection between nature and learning.

We have been working hard to enhance the invitations to play and provocations provided in the Outdoors. This week we have added a 'Water Channelling' station for the boys and girls to explore.

Nursery Manager Charlotte saw a community social media post showing how friends and family of Moseley are all coming together symbolically this festive season. We have decided to get involved and spread festive cheer throughout the local area with the help of our boys and girls.

Following the government’s recent decision to close all schools and early years providers, we will be taking effect as of Monday 23rd March to ensure the safety of our staff and families.
We are confident you will appreciate our nursery, its setting and facilities. Should you wish to visit, we are available at any time to meet with you. Any comments or input from parents are always welcome.
